What we collect
Your account details (name and email, handled by Clerk, our sign-in provider), the photos you upload, the appliance details we extract from them, the manuals we retrieve on your behalf, and the maintenance and service history you record.
How we use it
Photos and manuals are stored so we can provide the service: identifying your appliances, building maintenance schedules, and answering your questions. AI processing is done to deliver these features — not to build advertising profiles.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your data. We don’t share your photos or documents with third parties except the infrastructure needed to run the service. Parts links may include an affiliate tag, which never changes the price you pay.
Your control
You can delete any appliance at any time. This removes it from your account and requests removal of its photos, manual copy, and history. Separate records of additions and retries are retained to enforce plan allowances and prevent delete-and-replace abuse; they are removed with full account deletion. For full account and data deletion, write to [email protected] while the self-service workflow is being completed. Email reminders have a one-click opt-out in Settings.
Security
Data is stored on managed infrastructure with access limited to what operating the service requires. Sign-in is handled by Clerk, so we never see your password. Paid billing is not enabled during the preview.
